Climate Controlled Storage

Mana Fine Arts provides state-of-the-art services in New Jersey and New York. We offer digitally monitored, climate-controlled, fine art storage facilities to satisfy the highest museum standards for fine art collections, antiques, film, and digital media. We offer long and short term art storage and ensure that works are returned to clients in the same condition in which they arrived at our fine arts storage warehouse. Our art storage facilities encompasses over 400,000 square feet of storage, with high ceilings and a dedicated workspace. Across two individual warehouses, we handle everything with care.

FEATURES

– Climate-controlled storage environments are maintained at industry standards for temperature  (70 degrees Fahrenheit +/- 3 degrees) and humidity (50% relative humidity +/- 3%)

– Temperature and humidity monitors are overseen digitally and recorded by a central control center, with regularly scheduled maintenance.

– All art storage areas are free of natural light and windows, employing UV filtered fluorescent bulbs.

Security Technology

– 24/7 manned security, closed circuit digital video surveillance, and motion detectors for all buildings.
– Our security system links all alarm information to our central DGA-controlled security station.
– All facilities are AXA Art-approved.
